You have 7 days to return a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Perishable goods such as seeds, plants, or fertilizers may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
